Surrounded by mountains, it is the perfect place for those who want to forget it all and immerse themselves in nature, comfort and luxury.

At Gran Hotel Benahavis, we pride ourselves of our first class, personalised customer service. Our receptionists will give our clientele a warm welcome and escort them personally to their rooms. Likewise our concierge service will follow up and make happen, our client needs and requests.

Our four star hotel, offers laundry services, baby cots and extra beds upon request and medical services. We also provide car rentals and a limousine service.

Due to its tranquillity and privacy, Gran Hotel Benahavis is the ideal place to celebrate your special occasions. Our 3 conference rooms have a capacity for up to 200; and their facilities can be used for conferences, seminars and other business meetings. They are connected and well lit with natural light and have the latest multimedia technical equipment at the disposition of our clientele prior request.

Our hotel is constructed in the "cortijo" style (Andalusian farmhouse) with a total of 95 rooms, including 5 pairs of adjoining rooms, 5 junior suites, 6 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom suites. All the twin beds can be converted into double beds.

The rooms, decorated with luxury materials, are all individually air conditioned. Many have large balconies or terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful views of Benahavis and the surrounding mountain range. All the rooms are equipped with a mini-bar, telephone, satellite TV, safe and ironing facilities. The bathrooms are equipped with showers, hair dryers and a variety of amenities in our bathroom courtesy pack. Both suites and adjoining rooms have their own jacuzzis with the suite bathrooms being furthermore advantaged with a separate shower. The hotel has two rooms reserved for the handicapped and the whole third floor is assigned for non-smokers.

Our Recommendations

As our Hotel guest, unlimited use of the SPA area is included during your stay with us.

We would like all our guests to reach optimum relaxation and enjoyment whilst spending time within our oasis of Water Therapy Treatments including Vitality Jacuzzis, Dream Showers and Cervical Jets. You will also be able to unwind in our Sauna, Steam Bath and relaxation area.

To ensure you enjoy your visit to the maximum, we suggest the following for your own comfort and safety;

• For the wet zone it is advisable to make an appointment.
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment, to allow you to relax in the SPA, and prepare yourself for your treatment at leisure.
• Please bring your bathing costume and suitable foot wear for our SPA area.
• It is unadvisable to wear jewellery in the Jacuzzis, Sauna and Steam Bath. If you do not wish to leave valuable items in your room, we can hold them at the SPA reception.
• Bathing caps have to be worn in the Hydra-Pool. (we have these available for purchase within the SPA)
• Children under the age of 16 years are not allowed in the SPA.
